Three years ago, on May 1st , 2020, My Integrity Counseling was born in the midst of a pandemic and unprecedented mental health need in our country. When I started My Integrity, it was from a heart of commitment to my clients and a sense of frustration at how slowly accessible care during the pandemic was becoming available. I was watching as my clients were going through trauma and fear without an avenue to speak with their counselor to work through those hurts because the technology and legislation for counseling had not caught up to the need created by the pandemic.
Our mission today is unchanged from when My Integrity began—to break down barriers that prevent access to quality compassionate mental health care. To date, our dedicated counselors have provided tens of thousands of dollars of pro-bono and needs-based sliding scale care to our most financially vulnerable clients. We also continue to utilize the highest standards in telehealth counseling technology to provide the most secure, seamless connection and care possible online.
What makes My Integrity stand out is our heart. Our clients are not simply a name or a number, but neighbors in our communities and individuals each of our team members will go the extra mile to provide the best care for. Our team gives a damn. This attitude shows from every interaction, whether with billing, scheduling, administration, or therapy, our team is here for you, to Live the Life YOU Want to Live.
As the Founder and CEO of My Integrity I could not be prouder of the team we assembled for you. Thank you to each of you clients for trusting My Integrity to be there for you.
Thank you to the My Integrity Family: Chuck, Tony, Chris, Claire, Hannah, Amanda, Jamahl, and Shiloh for all that you do and all that you give.
Happy Anniversary, My Integrity Counseling!
